It didn’t start this way. We bought property without a plan or education and it exploded in our faces over and over. Tenant issues, damage, voids etc you name it we have experienced it. It all changed when we became serious about our journey and took a professional approach to it all. Hi I’m Indy Gill, I was a professional pharmacist and started my property journey back in 2007. I slowly built my portfolio until the crash of 2008. Well that was a steep learning curve and taught me that the properties I had bought were just not good buys. We eventually recovered, then the Government introduced the anti landlord law “Section 24”, making property investment virtually impossible to function. I would have had to hand over all the profit from the houses to the tax man, and then top up the tax bill with my personal savings.
So I needed a solution.
Most landlords are selling but it’s not the only solution. We used some clever tactics to restructure at minimum costs and wow it’s been a game changer.
